Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about swapping cryptocurrency to Monero with zero KYC, zero AML screening, and zero registration.
Getting Started
No account, no registration, no email. You simply select the coin you're sending, enter your Monero destination address, and start the swap. Nothing is stored about you beyond the order session itself.
No. We do not collect identity documents, selfies, passports, or any personal information whatsoever. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification does not exist here — that's the entire point of Moneros Finance.
No. We do not use blockchain analytics tools, risk-scoring services, or AML screening on your deposit or destination address. We do not check where your funds came from. Your transaction is processed based solely on the technical parameters of your order.
You can send 50+ coins including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB, DOGE, ADA, XRP, DASH, ZEC, and many more. The full list with exact minimums is shown on the exchange page. All swaps are delivered as Monero (XMR) to the address you provide.
The minimum swap is equivalent to $100 USD and the maximum is $282,100 USD. The precise amount in your chosen currency is displayed on the widget before you confirm. Do not send below the minimum — underfunded orders may not be processed automatically.
How Swaps Work
Most swaps complete within 5–20 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on the source blockchain. Bitcoin requires 1–3 on-chain confirmations, Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens typically confirm faster. Once confirmed, XMR is sent immediately to your wallet.
1. Select the coin you're sending and enter your XMR wallet address. 2. A unique deposit address is generated for your order. 3. Send the exact amount to that address from any wallet. 4. The engine detects your on-chain deposit, executes the swap at the locked rate, and dispatches Monero to your wallet. No logins, no confirmations, no callbacks required.
When you create an order, the exchange rate is fixed for 30 minutes. Your deposit must reach the required confirmation count within that window. If the timer expires before your transaction confirms, a new order at the current rate may be required — though your deposit address typically remains valid.
The rate is fetched live at order creation and locked for 30 minutes. This protects you from market movements while your transaction propagates and confirms. The XMR amount shown on your order page is what you will receive, minus network fees for the outgoing Monero transaction.
If the amount is below the minimum, automatic processing may not trigger — contact support immediately with your Order ID and TXID. Sending the wrong currency to a deposit address is a serious issue that cannot always be recovered automatically. Always double-check the currency and amount before sending.
Privacy & Monero
Monero uses ring signatures, stealth addresses, and RingCT to make all transactions unlinkable and untraceable at the protocol level. Unlike Bitcoin or Ethereum — where every transaction is permanently public — XMR provides genuine financial privacy by default, not as an add-on.
We collect the bare minimum needed to process your swap: deposit address, your XMR destination, the currency pair, and amount. Order data lives in a PHP session and is not retained after your session ends. Standard web server access logs may capture IP addresses for operational purposes but are not linked to order records.
Yes. Simply enter your XMR wallet address as the destination, choose which coin you're sending (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.), and complete the swap. The Monero arrives directly to your self-custodied wallet — we never hold XMR on your behalf.
No. The exchange is non-custodial — funds move through the swap engine directly to your Monero address. We do not maintain user wallets, hold balances, or have any long-term custody over your assets.
Support
First, verify your deposit is confirmed on-chain using a block explorer for the coin you sent. If it's confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed, email us at support@moneros.finance with your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash (TXID). We'll investigate promptly.
The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable text file generated for each order. It records your Order ID, the currency pair, amounts, deposit address, and destination XMR wallet — serving as verifiable proof that a swap was initiated through our service.
Email support@moneros.finance with your Order ID and full details. We respond within 24 hours. For urgent stuck transactions, put URGENT in the subject line. You can also visit our contacts page.
