1. Our Privacy Commitment

Moneros Finance was designed around one non-negotiable requirement: you must be able to swap cryptocurrency into Monero without revealing who you are. This Privacy Policy explains what minimal technical data we handle during an exchange, and what we deliberately never touch.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The following categories of data are never collected, requested, or stored — by design:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details
• Government-issued identification documents of any kind
• Facial recognition, biometric data, or selfies
• Phone numbers or device identifiers
• Persistent user profiles or accounts
• Cookie-based tracking, advertising pixels, or cross-site analytics
• Blockchain risk scores or wallet screening results

3. Data We Do Collect

To execute your Monero swap, the following technical data is held in your session for the duration of the order:

• Deposit address: A single-use address generated for your order to receive the incoming funds.
• XMR destination address: The Monero wallet address you provide for receiving the exchanged funds.
• Currency pair and amount: The coins involved and the value being swapped.
• Order timestamp: When the order was created, used to lock the exchange rate and define the order window.

This data is scoped to your PHP session and referenced by Order ID only. It is never linked to a persistent identity, account, or profile.

4. Server Logs

Web servers generate standard access logs containing IP addresses, request timestamps, and URLs. These logs are used strictly for operational purposes — diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse. Logs are not shared with third parties and retention is minimized to what is technically necessary.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following external services in operating this platform:

• KuCoin API: Provides live cryptocurrency exchange rate data. No personal data is transmitted to KuCoin.
• QR Server (api.qrserver.com): Generates QR codes for deposit addresses. The deposit address is sent to this service solely to render the QR image.
• Google Fonts: Serves typefaces used in the interface. Font requests are made to Google's servers under standard browser behavior.

6. Cookies

We use a single PHP session cookie to maintain your order state while you complete a swap. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We use no advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind.

7. Data Retention

Order session data exists only for the duration of your active browser session. We do not operate a long-term order database linked to user identities. When your session ends, order data is no longer accessible from our systems.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We may disclose information if compelled by a valid legal process — but we are structurally positioned to have as little to disclose as possible.

9. Security

All connections to this service are encrypted via HTTPS. Each order is assigned a unique, randomly generated deposit address. We implement technical safeguards appropriate to the minimal data we process.

10. Children's Privacy

This Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
